Enrolment FAQ
- What is the deadline for me to accept my enrolment?
Your deadline is stated in the enrolment email sent to you.
- What is course reservation and when do I decide if I should proceed to enrol or do a course reservation?
Course reservation is only applicable to male Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents who are liable for National Service (NS) or currently serving NS before starting course in NYP.

e-Enrolment System FAQ
- How do I reset my password?
When you log in to the e-Enrolment system for the first time, you will be prompted to change your initial password which is stated in the enrolment email sent to you.
If you have forgotten the password, click the Forgot password link under the login button and follow the instructions to reset your password.
If you have already accepted your course offer and you are officially enrolled, please go to Student Portal to reset your password instead.
- Which internet browser may I use?
This system is best supported by Microsoft Edge. You may also use Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
Please disable the internet browser's pop-up blocker, if any, in order to see the instructions displayed by the system.
- Who can I contact if I encounter any issues using the system?

- your admission number or the last 4 characters of your NRIC
