Colin Tan, Adjunct Lecturer
Colin is an accomplished Learning & Development (L&D) and Organisation Development (OD) professional with more than 30 years of experience helping organisations and individuals achieve excellence.
Colin's expertise includes course development, learning facilitation, process facilitation, customer experience design, leadership and people management. His work is informed by the application of organisation development concepts, adult learning theories, experiential learning, competency-based approach, psychometric profiling and design thinking. His career spans the manufacturing, services and consultancy industry, taking on roles that include business development, corporate services, learning and organisation development. Colin has provided training and consultancy services to clients from the public, private and people sector, both locally and in the region. He is a Specialist Adult Educator recognised by the Institute for Adult Learning for his extensive experience in curriculum development.
Yvonne Loh, Senior Lecturer
Yvonne is an ACTA-certified trainer and holds a degree in Business Administration from National
University of Singapore with more than a decade of teaching both youth and adult learners. Currently,
Yvonne leads a group of adjunct lecturers, supports in the development and delivery of HR and
Management related modules as well as in the development of e-learning contents using software and
platforms like Articulate Rise/Storyline, Panopto and Brightspace. Her teaching interest and specialised
areas include Human Resource Development, Management and Organisation Behaviour, Performance
Management as well as Change Management.
Prior to teaching in the higher education industry, Yvonne has proven capabilities in employee learning
and development, oversaw and coordinated company-wide training activities, delivered employee
training programmes, and represented her company in the development of WSQ competency map for
the manufacturing/semiconductor sector.
